Delivery
Kits ship within the UK first. Delivery dates will be emailed to everyone on the list.
Any martial art
The games use everyday martial arts movement (kicks, punches, blocks, stances), so they work in any club. Penalties can be techniques or exercises like push-ups and squats: your choice.
Ages
The Base Kit covers ages 4 to adult. Little Tigers adds 3–6 year olds, Adults/Fitness covers teens and adults.
